PING – you can ping (ICMP) defined IP address or hostname
DIG – lookup for A (address), SOA (Start of Authority), MX (Mail Exchange) or PTR DNS records
WHOIS - querying databases that store the registered users or assignees of an Internet resource
FTP – check ftp server – you can specify Port, Active or Passive mode, username & password and directory listing
MY IP – show basic information about your computer (IP, Hostname, OS, Browser)
